Boys volleyball is one of Judge’s newest sanctioned teams with this being their second season being sanctioned. However, this year they will be moving to 4A with most other sports at Judge Memorial. With this move it will have many goods and bads.
This season Boys volleyball has been doing well they have won three out of their last five games with some not even being close. They have a strong JV and varsity team with some stand out players like Eli Morrison, Kyle Kim, and Jude Payne. With this being their second season, they are doing really well with them beating the number one seed in their region 5-1.
Next season they will be competing in 4A which will be a challenge but there are many benefits. Right now, the team has to travel as far as price which is a four hour round trip and same with another team in mt pleasant which is a three and a half hour round trip. Trips like these are what sparked the move to 4A because in that division the teams are mostly around the Salt Lake area and this would be decreasing the cost a transportation
