Miles Augustine is a ninth grade baseball player who goes to Judge.

This being his first year at the school he has had to learn what it’s like to play a sport and get to know the school. He says that he has had a good experience so far both academically and sportswise at Judge.

He says that playing in a recent baseball tournament in Kanab has been an opportunity for him to learn a lot about baseball at Judge.

“It was a little intimidating,” he said about playing in that varsity-level tournament, “but it was definitely fun and it’s cool to learn from all the upperclassmen.

Judge finished with a 2-2 overall record at the tournament, playing against four high schools, Providence Hall, American Leadership Academy, Milford, and Manti. The closest win was against Providence Hall, where Judge barely won the game at a score of 10-9.
